I came across a job opening at MWDN that seemed like a good fit for me last February. At the time, they told me they’d already filled the position, but we agreed to stay in touch with the recruiter, Oksana. Then, in May, I received a reply saying they were hiring more people due to the client’s department expansion. The rest of the hiring process went smoothly; the interview felt more like a friendly conversation. I was also pleased that they were able to quickly arrange an interview with the client and reach a decision, since I had an offer from another company and needed to act quickly.
The company has minimal bureaucracy and offers the option to work remotely with a flexible schedule. They sent me a charging station and a New Year’s gift. In Kyiv, the company rents office in a coworking space at Gulliver; in the summer, it’s very cozy to work on the terrace there – I really appreciated it when I came to visit. I’m happy to work at MWDN.

The end of a client project does not automatically mean the end of your journey with MWDN. We can explore other available projects and roles that match your experience, skills, location, and career direction. An internal move depends on current openings and client requirements, so an immediate transition cannot always be guaranteed.

MWDN stays involved throughout your cooperation. You can come to our team with HR or administrative questions, contract and payment matters, or situations that need to be resolved with the client. Working directly with a client does not mean being disconnected from MWDN.
The process usually starts with a conversation with an MWDN recruiter, followed by an evaluation of your experience and skills and one or more interviews for the specific role. For client-facing positions, you will also meet the client team before making a final decision. You should have enough information about the role, project, and team to decide whether the opportunity is right for you too.
