NAX Technology Group is the fintech technology arm of NAX Group, developing digital payment solutions designed to simplify transactions and reduce fraud.
NAX approached MWDN at an early stage, when its payment product was moving from initial concepts and prototypes toward active development.
The company needed more development capacity while keeping the setup flexible and cost-efficient.
A UI/UX designer joined first to work with NAX on the product interface before the engineering scope expanded.
Additional specialists were brought in as the scope evolved, allowing the team setup to follow changing product needs.
Different product streams were coordinated within the same delivery setup to keep technical decisions and implementation aligned.
MWDN handled the administrative support around the remote team throughout the cooperation, reducing operational work for NAX.
Results
The engagement grew well beyond the initial design stage as the product moved into broader development and testing.
The first iterations included native mobile apps together with browser and web-based product components.
The relationship continued beyond the initial product stage as new technical needs appeared.
Later work moved into blockchain functionality and NFT-based application development.
