Bezeq is Israel’s leading telecommunications provider, offering broadband internet, fixed-line communications, cloud and digital services, data communications, and corporate networks.
Bezeq wanted to improve its digital customer support and simplify interactions between customers and service teams.
The company needed additional software development capacity to move the initiative forward while keeping the experience simple for customers and support staff.

The team worked across two connected applications: a customer mobile app and a web platform used by Bezeq’s support staff.
The team built customer and support-side flows for conversations, session history, messaging, and video communication.
The team linked the support platform to Bezeq’s CRM through API, connecting customer contact data with the support workflow.
