Many MWDN specialists work directly with an international client’s team, product, and processes. MWDN remains your employment and support partner, handling HR, administrative, and other cooperation matters. We also have internal positions within MWDN.
The end of a client project does not automatically mean the end of your journey with MWDN. We can explore other available projects and roles that match your experience, skills, location, and career direction. An internal move depends on current openings and client requirements, so an immediate transition cannot always be guaranteed.
Many MWDN positions are remote-friendly and offer flexibility in how the working day is organized. The exact setup depends on the role, client requirements, location, and required time-zone overlap. Coworking spaces are also available in Kyiv and Warsaw.

You will discuss the specific product, team, technology stack, and responsibilities before joining.
MWDN is built around long-term cooperation rather than short project cycles. The average tenure is around 3.8 years, and 40% of specialists stay with the same client for 4-8 years. This gives people time to understand the product, build strong working relationships, and take meaningful ownership of their work.
MWDN stays involved throughout your cooperation. You can come to our team with HR or administrative questions, contract and payment matters, or situations that need to be resolved with the client. Working directly with a client does not mean being disconnected from MWDN.
The process usually starts with a conversation with an MWDN recruiter, followed by an evaluation of your experience and skills and one or more interviews for the specific role. For client-facing positions, you will also meet the client team before making a final decision. You should have enough information about the role, project, and team to decide whether the opportunity is right for you too.
